The primary mission of the Arkansas Clean Cities Coalition is to advance the energy, economic and environmental security of Arkansas through government-industry partnerships that contribute to the reduction of petroleum consumption in the transportation sector. 

Clean Cities is a voluntary organization made up of local and state government agencies, private companies, and non-profit organization. Through our public-private partnerships we help enhance energy security, promote energy independence and advance environmental quality in the state of Arkansas.
