The Arkansas Economic Development Commission—Energy
Office (AEO) is in the process of adopting rules for administering the
Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP).
The AEO is soliciting comments on the proposed rules filed Friday,
March 6, 2015 with the Arkansas Secretary of State. A public hearing for the proposed rules will
be held at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, March 20, 2015 at Pulaski Technical College,
Business & Industry Center, 3303 East Roosevelt Road, Room 202, Little
Copies of the proposed rules may be found on the AEO’s website
at www.Arkansasenergy.org or may be obtained by calling
(501) 682-7379. Written comments may be
submitted through Monday, April 6, 2015 by mailing them to the Arkansas
Economic Development Commission—Energy Office, WAP Program Rules, 900 West
Capitol Ave., Suite 400, Little Rock, Arkansas, 72201 or by faxing them to
(501) 682-7499. Comments will also be
accepted via email at email@example.com.
The Arkansas Economic Development Commission is in
