The 2004 Arkansas Energy Code for New Building Construction

The 2004 Arkansas Energy Code for New Building Construction is a combination of the 2003 Edition of the International Energy Conservation Code (IECC 2003) with Arkansas Supplements and Amendments to the 2003 International Energy Conservation Code. The new code went into effect on October 1, 2004.

Energy Code ThumbThe 2004 Arkansas Energy Code for New Building Construction supplements and amends the IECC 2003. Chapter 1 of the IECC has been replaced with a new Chapter 1: Administration and Enforcement which was amended to integrate Arkansas-specific exceptions, exemptions, enforcement, compliance and effective date.
